About Dr. Jackie Nonweiler

Here’s the truth: most people don’t need more therapy, self-help books, or quick-fix hacks. They need real transformation that actually lasts. That’s where I come in.

I’m a psychologist and published researcher specializing in relationships, attachment, and how our deepest patterns shape every part of our lives. I’ve trained at globally recognized universities and hospitals like King’s College London, Colorado College and Great Ormond Street Hospital. I’ve collaborated with world-class researchers, and taught as a professor. My work has been published internationally — so yes, I know the science inside and out.

But here’s the thing no one tells you: psychology has a ceiling.

Working with clients only through traditional evidence-based methods, I saw it again and again — progress that stalled, breakthroughs that faded, people circling the same issues for years. And I wasn’t willing to watch people stay stuck.

So I went looking for what actually works.

That’s when I found tools that most psychologists ignore — ancient spiritual practices that, when combined with psychology, take people further, faster, and deeper than therapy alone ever could. Tools that aren’t fluffy or mystical, but time-tested, practical methods that cut right to the core of your issues and stick.

Now I work at the intersection of hard science and transformational healing.

My clients are the ones who have tried it all — therapy, coaching, workshops — and are done with surface-level change. They’re the ones in relational pain, stuck in codependency, disconnected from their purpose, or quietly aware that they’re meant for more.

I don’t just hand you tools and send you on your way.

I walk with you; directly, compassionately, and powerfully, into the places you’ve avoided. Together we dismantle the patterns holding you back. It’s gentle, but it’s not easy. And it works.

I’m not here to give you temporary relief.

I’m here to get you lasting transformation.
