First, we meet for a focused session designed to identify the subconscious pattern or belief that’s running the show. Once pinpointed, this habit is targeted in the Negative Habit Removal, a session powered by the Ensofic Ray that clears the pattern at its root, allowing your system reorganize thought patterns with clarity and purpose.

Remote work is designed to create real movement using precise spiritual tools and focused work with subconscious patterns.
Sessions identify and clear subconscious beliefs and habits that quietly shape your behavior, choices, and direction. This work is responsive and carefully calibrated, addressing change at the root.
As with in-person work, sessions integrate conversation, inquiry, and ancient metaphysical healing guided by what will create the most meaningful shifts.
In my client work, I offer both in-person and remote sessions. I start all one-on-one client relationships with a 2-session package, either the Life Activation + Integrative Psychological Support, or the Subconscious Pattern Session + Negative Habit Removal.
From there, your bespoke journey is personalized to you and most efficient path to growth.
